The lessee authorizes the Lessor to charge the monthly leasing fee and any applicable damage or non-return fees to the card listed above.

5. Guarantee

Deep Sleep Guarantee – Full money-back guarantee on the first month’s leasing fee if the lessee is not satisfied.

6. Return Policy

Upon cancellation or end of term, the lessee must return the pillow(s) in good, usable condition, allowing for normal wear.

Failure to return pillow(s) will result in a replacement fee up to $1,000 USD per unit.

Damaged, stained, or unsanitary pillows may incur additional cleaning or replacement fees at the Lessor’s discretion.

7. Liability

The Lessor is not responsible for any injury, allergy, reaction, or damage resulting from the use of the leased pillow(s).

Lessee agrees to follow care instructions provided by the Lessor.

8. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the full agreement between both parties.

Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
